Ribs in beer

INGREDIENTS:

3.5 kg of pork ribs

3 cups of beer

1 cup of honey

2 tablespoons of lemon juice

1 ½ teaspoon mustard (regular or powdered)

1 teaspoon of Gonzalo liquid smoke

Salt and pepper to taste

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1- Mix all the ingredients and leave the ribs to marinate in the mixture overnight in the refrigerator.

2- Place in the oven and bake with aluminum foil at 170°C for approximately 2 hours, to make it tastier, baste the meat with the mixture every 20 minutes and enjoy!
