The secret of our caramelized nuts begins at the origin: they come from the Alentejo region, which guarantees the authenticity and superior quality of this fruit. Each walnut half is caramelized individually with patience and dedication. Instead of regular sugar, we use malt sugar, a natural substitute that is less sweet and less caloric and the result, taken literally, is brilliant!
